Azerbaijan has sent nearly 40 tons of equipment for critical infrastructure facilities to Ukraine. The shipment is intended for the railway system, which—like the country's energy grid—continues to operate while under attack by the Russian army.
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine announced the new delivery.

Following these announcements, the number of officially confirmed military deaths from Russia’s North Caucasus and southern regions has surpassed 9,500.
