Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
The commander of the Akhmat volunteer unit and deputy head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces expressed his readiness to support Iran, including sending personal weapons and personally participating in combat operations, if such a decision is made by the Russian leadership.
"We must give Iran everything we can, support them in any way we can. And if the country's leadership so decided, even today I would be ready to go and stand up to help them repel the ground advance of their troops—this army of the Antichrist," Alaudinov stated.
He also expressed the opinion that US President Donald Trump is highly likely the "Antichrist." According to Alaudinov, upcoming events could lead to Akhmat fighters ending up in Iran.
