Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
Armenia expressed dissatisfaction with the Kremlin's policy in the region
Armenian society is disappointed with the actions of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh and Moscow's response to Azerbaijani incursions into Armenian territory. This was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
In addition, in his opinion, due to the Lachin corridor illegally blocked by Azerbaijan, Karabakh ended up in a virtual blockade from Baku. Even the Red Cross does not have the capacity to deliver food and medicine.
“We need urgent help from the world community to save 120,000 people from starvation. And Yerevan is ready to negotiate with all actors interested in stability and peace in the region,” Mirzoyan said.
