Chechnya entered the TOP 10 environmental rating

In the environmental rating of the public organization "Green Patrol" at the end of the summer, Chechnya was in 7th place, scoring 77 points out of 100 possible.

Kabardino-Balkaria took 16th place in terms of ecology with 74 points. Karachay-Cherkessia and Ingushetia scored 73 points each, occupying 22nd and 24th places, respectively. Dagestan is in 40th place (69 points), North Ossetia is in 41st (68), Stavropol region is in 46th (67).

The top three eco-ratings included the Tambov region (81 points), the Belgorod region (81) and Altai (79).

The expert assessment took into account potentially environmentally friendly territories and eco-responsible enterprises, and the volume of pollutant emissions into the environment.
