Chechnya took third place in housing commissioning

Among the regions of the Russian Federation, the leader in housing commissioning per capita in 2023 was the Tyumen region with an indicator of 2 square meters. m. As for other regions of the North Caucasian Federal District, Karachay-Cherkessia showed a good result (0.89 sq. m), taking 13th place. The lowest figures in the country are in Chukotka (0.12 sq. m), as well as in the Murmansk and Magadan regions (0.09 sq. m each).
 
According to Rosstat, in 2023 the volume of housing commissioning in the Russian Federation amounted to 110.4 million square meters. m, which is 7.5% higher than in 2022. The average housing supply in Russia was 28.8 square meters. m per person.
