The number of Georgian volunteers who died for Ukraine reached 40

A citizen of Georgia, volunteer Achiko Devrisashvili, died in the battles near Bakhmut. This was reported by the Embassy of Ukraine in Georgia. He was the commander of the Black Eagle unit of the 28th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces battalion.

Since February 2023, about 40 Georgian fighters have died in Ukraine. Most of them are members of the Georgian Legion.
