Death toll at Georgian resort rises to 29

Georgian rescuers found another body in the disaster area at the Shovi resort. Thus, the death toll has reached 29, four more people are considered missing.

Georgian rescuers checked the landslide area for 100%. In some areas they worked again.

Recall, on August 3, a landslide came down in Shovi. On the first day, more than 200 people were evacuated. The natural disaster was the result of several factors, including difficult terrain and the melting of glaciers against the backdrop of high air temperatures.
