Yerevan is preparing a peace treaty with Azerbaijan.

Armenia was working on a peace treaty and would transmit it to Azerbaijan in the near future. This was reported in Yerevan by Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.
In the peace treaty there are items related to Nagorny Karabakh. Now all issues are worked out and agreed. " It is extremely important for Armenia to work out an international mechanism within which Stepanakert and Baku will discuss issues of rights and security," said Grigoryan.
On the eve, President of the Duma Volodin called for Europe not to be allowed to settle the Karabakh issue. Those who make statements towards European institutions may simply lose the country. Therefore, wishing to involve the European Parliament and PACE, should 10 times think and weigh how this can end on the example of the same Ukraine, Yugoslavia, other countries», - said Volodin.
