Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has warned that Russia’s restrictions on Armenian exports are calling into question the future of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), saying the dispute could mark “the beginning of the end” for the Moscow-led bloc if it is not resolved soon.
Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia held talks on a Peace agreement
Azerbaijan has published a press release following the talks between the country's Foreign Minister and his Armenian counterpart, held in the United States.
According to Baku, progress has been made in the negotiations on the draft bilateral Peace Agreement and the establishment of interstate relations. In addition, an agreement was reached on additional articles of the draft Agreement.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said the aim of the talks is to reach a final agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the coming weeks and months. "Both sides have shown a sincere desire to normalize relations and end the long conflict between the two countries," Blinken said.
