Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
The leaders of the regions of the North Caucasus addressed the residents in connection with the events of the previous night, urging them to calmness and unity. In particular, the heads of Dagestan and the Stavropol Territory, Sergei Melikov and Vladimir Vladimirov, reported that the situation in the regions is stable and is under the control of the authorities.
The head of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kazbek Kokov, in turn, recorded a video message with the slogan: “We are with the President!”. The head of North Ossetia, Sergei Menyailo, called on the Ossetians fighting as part of the Wagner PMC not to obey criminal orders: “To plunge Russia into a fratricidal civil war now - and this is exactly what Prigozhin is trying to do now, hiding behind patriotic slogans - a betrayal of the interests of the Motherland, a betrayal of every citizen Russia".
