Dynamics of price growth for housing up to 32 square meters. m for 2024 in Grozny amounted to 55.4%. At the same time, in Vladikavkaz, you will have to pay an average of more than 4 million rubles for such housing, and in Stavropol - 3.3 million.
 
 "The most active price growth was in the first half of 2024, when the non-addressable preferential mortgage program was in effect. The increase in demand was influenced by restrictions on the area of ​​small-sized apartments in new buildings, which were established in some regions," explained the general director of the portal, Pavel Lutsenko.
