During the annual "Year in Review" press conference, Russian President Vladimir Putin, responding to a question about support for young families, noted the tradition of early marriages in the North Caucasus. Georgia and Armenia are named countries helping the Russian Federation to purchase high-tech sanctioned products
The Republics of Georgia and Armenia, as well as Kazakhstan, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates have been named countries that help the Russian Federation to evade sanctions. This was stated by the head of the office for the coordination of sanctions of the US State Department, Jim O'Brien.
He focused on the fact that materials are sold by European companies to these countries, after which they are sold to Russia. This practice allowed Moscow to import important categories of electronic goods by early 2023, gain access to the chips, processors and integrated circuits necessary to create modern weapons.
