Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
15-year-old Adam Kadyrov, the son of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, received his fifth recent award - the Order of Merit for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The order was presented to him personally by the head of the region, Kazbek Kokov. Kadyrov Jr. is accompanied by State Duma deputy from Chechnya Adam Delimkhanov.
This is the fifth award that 15-year-old Adam Kadyrov receives after publishing a video of the beating of Nikita Zhuravel, who is in a Chechen pre-trial detention center for burning the Koran. Previously, Adam Kadyrov was awarded the title of Hero of Chechnya, and was also awarded the Order of “Duslyk” (the second most important state award of Tatarstan), “For Services to the Karachay-Cherkess Republic” and “For Services to the Umma”, 1st degree.
