Following his visit to Berlin, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan traveled to Moscow to attend a meeting of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council. He told reporters, emphasizing that Armenia simultaneously seeks to deepen relations with the EU and maintain its membership in the EAEU.
Karachay-Cherkessia Leads in Tourism Development Among North Caucasus Federal District Regions
A State Council Commission of the Russian Federation assessed tourism development in Russian regions. Among the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District, Karachay-Cherkessia demonstrated the best results, ranking 13th in the national ranking.
Other subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District ranked as follows: Dagestan (36th), Stavropol Krai (50th), Kabardino-Balkaria (55th), Ingushetia (75th), and North Ossetia (82nd). Primorsky Krai and Omsk Oblast emerged as the leaders.
The assessment took into account factors such as transport accessibility, infrastructure, human resources, tourist safety, development of social tourism, export of tourism services, use of technology, and investment attraction.
