Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has warned that Russia’s restrictions on Armenian exports are calling into question the future of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), saying the dispute could mark “the beginning of the end” for the Moscow-led bloc if it is not resolved soon.
In the first half of 2024, the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District saw an increase in the volume of housing commissioning. This is stated in the materials of the North Caucasus Statistics Service.
In Stavropol, the growth was 37% (a total of 1.08 million square meters were commissioned). In Kabardino-Balkaria - 36.6% (284.6 thousand square meters).
In North Ossetia, 348.8 thousand square meters of housing were built, an increase of 18.2%. In Ingushetia, the figure increased by 1.6 times - to 94.7 thousand square meters. In Karachay-Cherkessia, 191.5 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned. In Dagestan - 2.09 million square meters, which is 5 times more than the figure for the same period in 2023.
The North Caucasus Federal District leads in terms of growth rate of housing commissioning in the first quarter of 2024, the figure increased by 91.5% compared to the same period in 2023. The highest growth rates were recorded in Dagestan, Chechnya and Ingushetia.
