As part of its humanitarian assistance, Ukraine received a new shipment of energy equipment from Azerbaijan worth a total of $1 million. The handover was attended by Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine Mardaliyev, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mishchenko, and the Deputy Ministers of Energy and Health.
The lowest alcohol consumption in Russia was recorded in Chechnya
Chechnya, Ingushetia and Dagestan became the leaders in the lowest alcohol consumption in March. Such data are provided by the Russian Ministry of Health.
Thus, in Chechnya the indicator was 0.13 liters per capita, in Ingushetia - 0.63 liters, in Dagestan - 0.81 liters, in Karachay-Cherkessia - 2.63 liters, in Kabardino-Balkaria - 2.84 liters.
The Nenets Autonomous Okrug (18.55 liters), the Jewish Autonomous Region (14.56 liters) and the Kirov Region (14.28 liters) were recognized as the regions with the highest alcohol consumption. On average, alcohol consumption per capita in Russia increased from 8.21 liters in March 2024 to 8.41 liters in March 2025.
