Kidnapping of a resident of the village of Pobedinskoye

Between approximately November 15 and 18, Russian soldiers, some of whom were wearing masks, took away Shakhran Shaptievich Zakriev, born in 1969, from the village of Pobedinskoye. The kidnapped person worked as a labor teacher at school No. 27 in the Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny. According to his relatives, he had nothing to do with the ChRI Military Fleet and did not fight in either the first or second war.

In Nalchik, a court sentenced Vaisul Karagulov, finding him guilty of leaving his military unit without leave during mobilization. He was sentenced to one year in a general regime penal colony. According to the case file, Karagulov left his duty station without valid reason on September 19, 2025, and was detained by police in Mozdok on October 15. He fully admitted his guilt in court.
