Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has warned that Russia’s restrictions on Armenian exports are calling into question the future of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), saying the dispute could mark “the beginning of the end” for the Moscow-led bloc if it is not resolved soon.
Shelling continues in Donetsk, Kherson, Nikolaev regions
The Russians continue to shell the Donetsk, Kherson and Nikolaev regions of Ukraine.
The International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of war crimes committed in Ukraine, in particular, the illegal deportation of children to Russian territory. The court also issued an arrest warrant for the Russian children's ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. The warrant will officially restrict their freedom of movement: the 123 countries that are parties to the ICC will be required to arrest Putin and Lvova-Belova as soon as they enter their territory.
