A Circassian activist will be issued a protocol for the absence of a "foreign agent" marking

The Kabardino-Balkarian court has received an administrative case against the leader of the "Free Circassia" association, Ibragim Yaganov. He is accused of violating the law on the activities of "foreign agents".

Earlier, Yaganov and other leaders of several Circassian diaspora organizations outside of Russia published a joint statement in support of Ukraine. They condemned the invasion and called for the immediate withdrawal of Russian armed forces. They also appealed to Circassians living in Russia to refrain from participating in hostilities.

In addition, the court in Nalchik blocked the Cherces YouTube channel, owned by Ibragim Yaganov. According to Center "E", he posted materials on the channel of a "tendentious and extremist nature", as well as discrediting the Russian army.
