The regions of the North Caucasus Federal District were among the leaders in drug crime

More than 30% of all crimes in Ingushetia are related to drug trafficking, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the first five months of the year. According to this indicator, the republic ranks first in the country. At the same time, the level of crime in the field of drug trafficking in Ingushetia has tripled compared to the same period last year.

Kabardino-Balkaria (19% of the total) is in second place in terms of the number of crimes related to drug trafficking, North Ossetia and Dagestan are in fourth place (14% each).
