15-year-old Chechen boy Muslim Murdiyev was transferred from a Moscow pretrial detention center to a juvenile correctional facility in the Volgograd region. The boy's mother appealed to Vladimir Putin and Ramzan Kadyrov, asking them to ensure her son's safety.
Poverty and despair force the Russian population to take loans on a permanent basis. The highest share of overdue loans from the total amount of loans issued was recorded in Ingushetia - 10.1%. Performance was slightly better in North Ossetia (7.8%), Karachaevo-Cherkessia (6.8%) and Chechnya (6.5%). These republics take places from 82 to 85 in the rating of the agency «RIA Rating». Stavropol region is located on the 80th line (5.7%), Kabardino-Balkaria - on the 77th (5.5%), Dagestan - on the 71st (5.1%).
In all FCN regions, the share of annual arrears increased. In Stavropol Krai and HRC - by 0.3%, in CBD and Dagestan - by 0.4%, in Chechnya - by 0.5%, in North Ossetia - by 1%, in Ingushetia - by 1.3%.
The lowest share of overdue loans is in Sevastopol (1.9%), Nenets (2.3%) and Yamalo-Nenets (2.4%) of the autonomous districts.
