Regions of the North Caucasus Federal District in the labor market rating: the last places, but positive dynamics

The regions of the North Caucasus were in the last lines in the rating of Russian regions by the labor market, but over the year the situation in the district has improved. These are the data of RIA Novosti.

In the last places - from 83rd to 85th - are Chechnya, Dagestan and Ingushetia. The situation is slightly better in Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia and Kabardino-Balkaria, located in 79th, 80th and 81st lines, respectively.

Stavropol Krai is in 42nd place.

It is noteworthy that in all regions of the North Caucasus in 2023 the indicators improved compared to 2022.

The leaders in the labor market were Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Moscow region. They scored more than 90 points.

Rosstat data were used to compile the rating. Eight indicators were taken into account, including wages, working conditions, employment, and labor market capacity in the regions.
