Rosstat claims that Dagestan is the leader in salary growth

The Chukchi Autonomous Okrug had the highest wage growth of 54.5 per cent, Mordovia 54.2 per cent and Dagestan 46.8 per cent. These are Rosstat’s data.
At the same time, Rosstat writes, the CSRF still has the lowest level of income - about 30 thousand rubles. The smallest in Ingushetia - 19.9 thousand rubles. Real gross wages for the country as a whole increased by 32.6% in 2022.
According to independent observers, «the lowest income in the CSFR in the amount of 30 thousand rubles» has nothing to do with reality. Rather, it is above average, even considering the hidden employment. Most often earnings do not exceed 20-25 thousand.
