February 23, 1944, marked a dark date in the history of two peoples of the North Caucasus: on the orders of Joseph Stalin, the total deportation of the Chechens and Ingush began. Half a million people were forcibly uprooted from their homes and sent into exile in Central Asia and Siberia.
SBU announced suspicion of the head of the Chechen parliament
The SBU has charged the head of the Chechen parliament, Magomed Daudov, with involvement in a full-scale Russian invasion. “Daudov is part of Kadyrov’s inner circle and carries out his instructions to wage an aggressive war,” the department’s website says.
As a result of the shelling, three residents of three regions of Ukraine were killed and 17 were wounded.
