Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has warned that Russia’s restrictions on Armenian exports are calling into question the future of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), saying the dispute could mark “the beginning of the end” for the Moscow-led bloc if it is not resolved soon.
The subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District are on the very last lines in the ranking of regions of the Russian Federation in terms of family well-being. In the RIA Novosti study, Kabardino-Balkaria occupies the last place.
In eight Russian regions, a family with two children with an average income after minimal expenses has less than 10,000 rubles in free disposal. But if in Dagestan, after all the most necessary expenses, 7.5 thousand rubles remain, then in the KBR the balance is negative - minus 7.3 thousand rubles. Karachay-Cherkessia (5.8 thousand rubles), Chechnya (2 thousand rubles), Ingushetia (-203 rubles) also turned out to be outsiders of the rating with a balance of less than 10 thousand rubles.
The rating was calculated on the potential balance of funds for a family with two working people who receive an average salary for the region, after minimal expenses. Rosstat data were taken as a basis.
