A sergeant from the HRC was fired for refusing to go to war with Ukraine
The Pyatigorsk Garrison Court denied the claim to Senior Sergeant Arthur Turabov of the HRC, who tried to challenge the dismissal from the armed forces. Earlier, he did not agree to go on a combat trip - the war with Ukraine.
Turabov was dismissed from the army in the summer of 2022. The reason - an unwillingness to go on a business trip to perform service and combat tasks.
