The average income of a resident of the North Caucasus amounted to 27 thousand rubles

The incomes of the population of Dagestan turned out to be the highest in the North Caucasus Federal District. Thus, the average income of a Dagestan citizen was over 28,000 rubles a month. Such data was provided by the North Caucasus Department of Statistics based on the results of the first quarter of 2023.

In second place is North Ossetia-Alania (27.9 thousand rubles), in third place is Chechnya (27.7 thousand rubles).

The lowest incomes of the population are in Ingushetia. The average figure is 16.4 thousand rubles.
