The capitals of the North Caucasian Federal District took from 18th to 62nd places in the ranking of housing under construction

In the ranking of Russian cities by area of apartments under construction, Stavropol took 14th place - 1.7 sq. m. m per inhabitant. These data were provided by analysts from DOM.RF and Rosstat.

The capital of Chechnya, the city of Grozny, was in 18th place (1.6 sq. m per person). In Cherkessk and Nalchik this figure is 0.9 square meters. m - they are located in 45th and 46th places. Next come Barnaul, Arkhangelsk and Surgut - from 47th to 49th place. Magas ranks 60th (0.8 sq. m), Vladikavkaz – 62nd (0.7 sq. m). Experts did not include Makhachkala in the top 100.

The leaders in the ranking in terms of the area of apartments under construction per capita were Krasnodar (5.1 sq. m) and Tyumen (3.4 sq. m), at the bottom of the list were Birobidzhan (0.03 sq. m) and Murmansk (0.02 sq. m).
