15-year-old Chechen boy Muslim Murdiyev was transferred from a Moscow pretrial detention center to a juvenile correctional facility in the Volgograd region. The boy's mother appealed to Vladimir Putin and Ramzan Kadyrov, asking them to ensure her son's safety.
During the Russian-Chechen war, Usman Daev’s house in the village of Hildekhara, Itum-Kalinsky district, was destroyed. However, the Supreme Court of Chechnya reversed the decision to pay compensation in the amount of 1.6 million rubles.
The destruction of the house as a result of military action was confirmed by a defective act in 2003. In his lawsuit, Usman Daev noted that many other injured residents of Chechnya had received compensation, but his family had not.
However, in September 2022, the Leninsky Court of Grozny decided to recover 1.6 million rubles from the state in favor of Daev. However, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation requested the annulment of the decision. As a result, the Supreme Court of the Republic returned the case for new consideration.
