Despite the delay in service due to the presence of three minor children, Ramaz Magomedov, a resident of Derbent, is being held in Ukraine. He was mobilized in November 2022 and sent to the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhya region.

The Magomedov Military Command reported that his conscription was carried out in accordance with the law. The Civil Court accepted this decision. At the same time, the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces had previously announced a delay for reservists with three or more minor children.
