In Chechnya, the number of family divorces and the number of marriages had more than doubled.

Chechnya became the leader in Russia in the dynamics of family divorces. In 2022 their number increased almost 2.5 times - to 3,783. In addition, the number of marriages decreased by 58% from 7,504 to 4,390. said Rosstat.
It is noteworthy that Dagestan and Ingushetia occupy the second and third places in the country on the dynamics of divorce. In the first region, there were twice as many of them - from 9,133 to 18,813. In the second, the increase was almost 190%. In Dagestan, the number of new marriages also decreased to 75%.
In Russia as a whole, the number of divorces in 2022 increased by 6% by 2021. This trend, as well as the decline in marriages, is due to the extremely poor existence of people. Financial difficulties, unemployment do not stimulate family relations. In addition, the general cultural level of the people has been drastically reduced - poverty and hopelessness reduce the intellect and ethical norms.
