Banquet hall owners in Ingushetia and Dagestan are facing new fines for holding gunfire at weddings and other events.
According to Telegram channels, more than 40 venue owners were held accountable in 2025 alone, as current legislation holds them responsible for any violations during celebrations. Therefore, newlyweds and guests are now being warned in advance against disturbing public order, otherwise they face the cancellation of their wedding, the revocation of their firearms license for three years, a fine of up to 5,000 rubles, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
