Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has warned that Russia’s restrictions on Armenian exports are calling into question the future of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), saying the dispute could mark “the beginning of the end” for the Moscow-led bloc if it is not resolved soon.
In Dagestan, a participant of the protest against the military mobilization was fined.
Kemran Agabekov was ordered to pay a fine of 50,000 rubles by the court in Makhachkala. Since September 2022, he was also in the pre-trial detention centre.
The young man was found guilty under article 318 of the Criminal Code (para. 1). He participated in a rally against mobilization on September 25-26 in Makhachkala.
This is the fourth verdict in this case. In two cases, the court issued a suspended sentence, and in one case - imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
