Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
In Dagestan, a case of poisoning with tap water was opened
Another criminal case about the poisoning of residents with tap water was opened in Dagestan. We are talking about the provision of unsafe services (Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to the investigation, from July 31 to August 5, 18 residents of the village of Erpely were admitted to Buinaksk hospitals with intestinal infections - four children and 14 adults. The patients were provided with the necessary assistance.
Almost two months ago, mass poisoning with tap water occurred in Buynaksk. The source of the infection was a water supply, where due to a leak, sewage with pathogens of intestinal infection got into it. Then the investigators opened a case under the same article.
