The State Duma expressed dissatisfaction and threatened the Prime Minister of Armenia

Pashinyan in Armenia is doing exactly the same thing as Zelensky in Ukraine – consistently and steadily worsening relations with Russia. Let him refuse, hope for help from the West, just remember that Yerevan could soon be lost. This was stated by the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Alexey Zhuravlev.

“Pashinyan turned his back on the CSTO structures and began to take part in NATO exercises, which, however, did absolutely nothing to save the country in the latest conflict with Azerbaijan. Having lost both in the military and political fields, Pashinyan for some reason blamed Russia for his own mistakes. Now he wants to completely abandon cooperation with us in the military sphere,” Zhuravlev said.

Recently, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan refused to cooperate with Russia in the defense and military-technical spheres. “Previously, 95-97% of our relations in the defense sector were with the Russian Federation, now this cannot be for both objective and subjective reasons,” the official noted.
