Apartments in Grozny and Makhachkala have risen in price
In April, the price per square meter in new buildings rose the most in Sochi (+7.4%). An increase was also noted in Volzhsky (+6.1%), Grozny (+5.5%), Makhachkala (+5%) and other cities. This is reported by specialists of the federal portal "World of Apartments".
On average, in all cities, a “square” of real estate grew by 1.2% in April and now costs 113,400 rubles. According to the company's research, the average price has risen slightly. At the same time, the total cost of an apartment has decreased, which indicates a continuing trend towards a reduction in the average area of a room in new homes.
