The Georgian Interior Ministry has detained activists at a protest against a tourist ship from Russia carrying pro-Kremlin propagandists and artists. Protesters threw eggs at tourist buses carrying passengers from the Russian airliner.

About 200 people gathered for the rally in the port of Batumi. There were clashes between the police and the participants. Against the backdrop of what is happening, the Geut youth movement announced a rally near the parliament in Tbilisi under the slogan "Russia is an enemy, not a guest!"
