Conscript to be judged in Ingushetia for evading military service

The Investigation Department for the city of Malgobek completed the investigation of a criminal case against a local resident. He is accused under Part 1 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evasion of conscription for military service in the absence of legal grounds for release).

According to investigators, on December 19, 2022, a resident of the Malgobek district, who has reached the age of 18, received a summons from the military registration and enlistment office under his personal signature to be sent to the place of military service. However, on that day, without a good reason, he did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office. Currently, the criminal case has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
