In the KBR, teenagers apologized for a video with negative statements about the Koran

In Kabardino-Balkaria, teenagers, “not realizing their actions and assuming that they would be able to attract attention, published a video online in which they made derogatory remarks about the Holy Quran.” This was reported in the telegram channel of the Spiritual Directorate of the Republic of Moldova.

Chairman of the Muslim Board of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Hazrataliy Dzasezhev held a meeting with young people and their parents. Representatives of ministries, law enforcement agencies, and elders were also present.

“The teenagers who committed this act repented before Allah Almighty, asked for forgiveness from all Muslim believers, said that they sincerely regretted what they had done and promised not to commit such acts in the future. This case is most likely caused by the cultivation of immorality and permissiveness, as well as the decomposition of spiritual and moral values among the younger generation,” noted the DUM of the KBR.
