Deputy mayor will be tried in Nalchik

A criminal case was sent to the Nalchik City Court against the deputy head of the administration of the capital of the KBR, Aslan Pashtov. He is accused of exceeding his official powers.

According to investigators, in 2019-2020, Pashtov withdrew writs of execution for the demolition of unauthorized buildings. As a result, they remained untouched. In total, law enforcement officers counted 17 such episodes in the case.

Currently, the deputy mayor has been removed from his position. A criminal case was initiated at the beginning of the year.
