Сильные дожди, ливни в горах и мокрый снег привели к режиму ведения чрезвычайной ситуации в Чечне. ЧС объявлено в Грозном, Аргуне и ряде районов округов.

Сообщается, что уровень воды в реках поднялся выше крайних отметок, зафиксированных сели в горах. Местные СМИ также пишут о камнепадах, разрушениях домов и магазинов, повреждениях мостов и нарушениях транспортных средств. В частности, в Гудермесском районе подтоплено около 750 домов, эвакуировано свыше 500 человек.

Принятые погодные явления затронули и соседние регионы: в Дагестане режим ЧС действует в Махачкале и Хасавюртовском районе, где десятки районов остались без электричества, нарушенных коммуникаций и транспортных коммуникаций. В Джейрахском районе Ингушетии введен режим повышенной помощи. В Северной Осетии размыло дорогу, а в Кабардино-Балкарии предупреждают о лавинной опасности.
