Over 100 thousand tourists vacationed at the resorts of the North Caucasian Federal District during the New Year holidays

The ski resorts of the North Caucasus - Elbrus, Arkhyz and Veduchi - increased the flow of tourists during the New Year holidays. More than 100 thousand tourists vacationed there.

According to RIA Novosti, the Karachay-Cherkess “Arkhyz” had the largest number of vacationers – over 74 thousand people, which is 12% more than last year’s figure. "Elbrus" in Kabardino-Balkaria received more than 43 thousand people. This is 35% higher than the number of holidaymakers here in 2023.

For the Veduchi resort, no data on the growth in the number of tourists is provided. The longest artificial turf track in the world is open on its territory; its length reaches 967 meters.
