A teenager detained on suspicion of attacking a school in Odintsovo, Moscow Region, and killing a 10-year-old Tajik boy has confessed and described the preparation and details of the crime. This was reported by the Russian Investigative Committee.
According to investigators, the 15-year-old schoolboy spent a week preparing for the attack. During this time, he wrote an 11-page manifesto, "My Anger," in which he described his hatred of people and divided them into ethnicities and religions. Ultimately, he intended to kill a teacher and stabbed the 10-year-old Tajik boy to death.
The attack took place on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 16, at Uspenskaya Secondary Comprehensive School in Odintsovo. The attacker, a 15-year-old ninth-grader, arrived at the school with a knife and wounded a security guard and several students. A 10-year-old fourth-grader died, and the security guard was taken to the hospital. Before the attack, the teenager reportedly asked the Tajik boy, "What nationality are you?" The attacker was detained by security forces.
The teenage killer was a fan of the international neo-Nazi movement No Lives Matter.
