Three civilians were killed as a result of Russian shelling of Kherson.
The Security Service of Ukraine reported that it detained a “collaborator” in Kherson, who was a member of the election commission at the referendum on recognizing the region as part of Russia and called on people to vote for the annexation of the Kherson region to the Russian Federation.
