In SFD there is a shortage of tourism personnel

The tourism and hospitality industry in the North Caucasus is experiencing difficulties with personnel: one vacancy now has no more than two candidates, which indicates a shortage of personnel. 

According to analysts, about 700 vacancies in the field of tourism are now open in SFD. Most in demand are cooks, waiters, bartenders, administrators, cleaners, as well as specialists in the sale and organization of tours. 

Stavropol Krai, Dagestan and North Ossetia are the most open vacancies. The average salary offered, according to hh.ru, is now 45 thousand rubles per month.
