Shamkhal Guliyev Shamkhal, a native of the Zagatala region of Azerbaijan, was awarded the medal "For Volunteering". This award was presented to him for his participation in the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian people.
 
In May, the military administration of the Kyiv region awarded Guliyev with the medal "For the defense of Kyiv and the Kyiv region." He helped the Ukrainians defend the capital and deliver humanitarian aid.
