Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. Previously convicted, Ivan Kumov, who returned from the war in Ukraine, beat to death a veteran of the war in Chechnya, Alexei Khudyakov. This happened in Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk region.
According to the wife of the deceased, Olga, her husband went to the pharmacy and ended up in the hospital. “Witnesses to the incident said that they saw him lying by the car, and Kumov was nearby and shouted that this is what my husband needs,” the woman said.
The man died from his injuries in hospital. However, according to his wife, the killer has not yet been detained.
Previously, Kumov was convicted several times. First - for a pogrom in a bar and beating a security guard because the man was not given a barbecue. Later – for car theft.
