Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
A serviceman from Chechnya refused to fight in Ukraine
The Southern Military Court in Rostov upheld the decision of the Grozny garrison court, which did not satisfy the claim of a contract soldier from Chechnya Ahyad Kalishev to reinstate him in the service. He was fired for refusing to go on a "special military operation" against Ukraine.
A serviceman was fired from a unit in Chechnya in July 2022, moreover, without being granted the required leave. He considered it illegal. However, both courts did not cancel the dismissal order.
