Second wanted student from Ingushetia surrendered to police

Ramadan Gandaloev, a student from Ingushetia, went missing to the police in late February. Earlier, his brother Malik and their friend from Dagestan, Arsen Gammadov, were detained in a wooded area.
Criminal proceedings had been instituted against young people for the manufacture and illegal possession of explosives. Arsen Gammadov and Malik Gandaloev have already been placed in temporary detention in Nazran. 

Two residents of Ingushetia and a student of the Astrakhan Medical Academy from Dagestan went missing on February 27. A "farewell" letter of a religious extremist nature was allegedly found in their rented apartment in Astrakhan. Malik Gandaloev and Arsen Gammadov were arrested on 22 March in a forest near the village of Alhasty. Law enforcement officers reported discovering an improvised explosive device and explosive on site.
