Salary growth recorded in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District
Over nine months, salaries in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District increased by 12-20% compared to the same period in 2024. The most noticeable growth was in Stavropol (19.9%) and in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (19.3%). In these regions, average salaries amounted to 54.8 and 46 thousand rubles, respectively. These are the data from the North Caucasus Statistics Office.
 
In North Ossetia, the average salary is 45.4 thousand rubles (+15.7%), in Ingushetia - 39.1 thousand rubles (+12.1%).
 
Earlier, according to RIA Novosti, the North Caucasus took the last lines in the federal ranking of high incomes. The worst situation is in Ingushetia and Chechnya - 84th and 85th places. In Ingushetia, 2.4% of workers receive more than 100 thousand rubles per month, in Chechnya - 2.6%. In Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia and Karachay-Cherkessia, the figures ranged from 2.7% to 3.8%.
